Our office in Dome coordinates home visits, assessments and family enquiries. Contact the team with your location and care needs to discuss suitable services, visit arrangements and costs before making a commitment.

People and families
The right support depends on more than a diagnosis. We consider health, daily routines, mobility, comfort and the people already helping, so care responds to the person's circumstances and preferences.
Personal care, companionship and attention to mobility or frailty, shaped around familiar routines and the person's preferences.
Follow-up after a hospital stay, nursing support, rehabilitation and ongoing care for people living with hypertension, diabetes, stroke effects or mobility limitations.
Practical support, caregiver education and respite. Relatives arranging care from elsewhere in Ghana or overseas can coordinate support, with the person's consent and involvement guiding family communication.
A care assessment helps clarify needs, the support already in place and which tasks require professional attention. We discuss suitable home care and onward referral when another setting is needed.
